SmartMan ALS Airway CPR PRO+ LV with Quality Control and Low Volume
This is our highest level professional ALS training system. It also has special activities to improve rescue breaths and the breaths in CPR. This package provides archiving of results to the cloud as well as a full management program to quickly examine trends across a large number of results.
The Quality Control Module (QCI management) is designed to allow an oversight person such as an administrator, head of training, person responsible for quality control or researcher to have access to detailed training results. It provides for a cloud server where the data is stored. A stand alone software program allows access to the cloud from anywhere there is an internet connection. Data results can be immediate or results can be put onto the server in groups once training is finished. Low Volume (LV): This technology provides a realistic feel for the movement of air inside of a patient as it relates to compressing the chest and ventilating the patient. This improves training as students can feel and see when they are not working together.
Protocol: In the low volume protocol you perform continuous chest compressions interspersed with a low volume ventilation every 6 seconds, without interrupting the compressions. With this SmartMan training system you learn to minimize excessive pressure in the throax and use the negative pressure generated on release of the chest with the ventilation to optimize the value to the patient.
